Affable, very polite staff, marvellous location next to the Wanda Reign for 6 nights, and the Han Street, which is kind of the soho of the city.

Perfectly clean place with affable staff and pleasant view to the lake. Nice building, good and amazing location right by the great and biggest theater in China as well as the lake, to Han Show Theater or the Han Street. - Plenty of options for breakfast in the lounge area.

The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a relaxing Easter break. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to popular attractions and shopping areas. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service.
There was a significant issue with the noise level in the hotel. There seemed to be a construction project nearby, which resulted in loud noises throughout the day and night.

During my stay at this hotel, I had access to the executive suite level. This gave me the opportunity to enjoy complimentary snacks and drinks in the lounge, with a string quartet playing on Christmas Eve. The hotel also provided a wonderful breakfast buffet, as well as a relaxing atmosphere in the lounge. In addition, the room had a spacious and luxurious bathroom with unlimited hot water, which is a rare treat in many hotels in China. The staff at this hotel were incredibly helpful and attentive, taking care of my delayed baggage by regularly contacting the airport. Furthermore, the hotel's location near the main shopping district and the scenic East Lake provided beautiful views and convenient access to transportation.
Nothing it is perfect.

The hotel room had a bidet in the toilet, an espresso maker, and a superb decoration. The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was conveniently located near Han Street. The staff spoke English very well and were very helpful. The hotel also offered a discount of more than 50% for the Han show, making it a great deal for guests.
Felt very homey, no complaints.
